2. Service Description

PinePocket provides AI-powered financial analytics and data processing services. Our platform allows users to:

• Upload and process financial data
• Utilize AI-powered categorization and analysis
• Access real-time financial dashboards and insights
• Store up to 100 pages of data analysis per month from your bank statements per subscription

3. Subscription and Pricing

Monthly Subscription: $10 USD (INR 800)
Included Features:

• Maximum 100 pages of data analysis per month from your bank statements
• Full access to the PinePocket platform
• AI-powered financial analytics
• Real-time data processing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payment is required to maintain access to the platform.

4. Payment Terms

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a monthly recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not be charged for subsequent months
• Access to the platform will be terminated at the end of the paid period
• No refunds will be issued for partial months

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your data complies with applicable laws
• Staying within the 100-page storage limit

7. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on PostgreSQL databases with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

PinePocket and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
