Cancellation & Refund Policy

Understand our cancellation process and refund policy.

1. Subscription Overview

PinePocket operates on a monthly recurring subscription model:

  • Monthly Fee: $10 USD (INR 800)
  • Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring
  • Storage Limit: Maximum 100 pages of data
  • Platform Access: Full access to all features during active subscription

2. Cancellation Policy

You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Anytime Cancellation: Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • No Questions Asked: We make cancellation simple and straightforward
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation stops future billing immediately

3. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your PinePocket account
  2. Navigate to Account Settings
  3. Click on "Subscription" or "Billing"
  4. Select "Cancel Subscription"
  5. Confirm your cancellation

4. What Happens After Cancellation

Once you cancel your subscription:

  • Continued Access: You will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period
  • No Future Charges: You will not be charged for any subsequent months
  • Service Termination: Access to the platform will be terminated at the end of the paid period
  • Data Retention: Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation (see our Privacy Policy for details)

5. Refund Policy

Important Notice:

We currently do NOT offer refunds. All subscription payments are non-refundable, including partial month refunds.

This policy applies to all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Mid-month cancellations
  • Unused subscription time
  • Dissatisfaction with service
  • Technical issues (we will work to resolve these)

6. Future Refund Process

We understand that a refund policy is important to our users. We plan to implement a refund process in the future.

When available, our refund policy will be updated on this page. Users will be notified via email about any changes to our refund policy.

7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances

While we generally do not offer refunds, we may consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Duplicate charges due to technical errors
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)
  • Platform unavailability for extended periods

8. Reactivation

If you cancel your subscription and wish to return:

  • You can reactivate your account at any time
  • Your data will be available if you reactivate within 30 days of cancellation
  • Simply log in and update your subscription settings
